How does billing work, and what does the price cover?
Plans are billed monthly in AED or USD (your choice) and cover the markXpand platform — AI strategy, copy, images, videos, and one-click launching across every channel. During our launch offer you get 40% off every plan until the end of 2026.
Is my ad budget included in the price?
No — ad spend is separate from your subscription. Your budget is funded through your own connected ad accounts and goes to the ad networks (Google, Meta and others). markXpand charges a commission on your ad spend for planning, launching and continuously optimizing your campaigns.
Do I need my own ad accounts?
Yes. You connect your existing Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other accounts in a few clicks, and markXpand builds and launches campaigns straight into them. You keep full ownership of your accounts and data.
Which platforms can I launch on?
Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Email — all managed from one place.
What counts as a campaign, video, or image?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of campaigns, AI videos and AI images (for example, Launch includes 5 campaigns, 10 videos and 100 images). These limits are shared across all the brands on your account and reset at the start of every billing month.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. Change your plan whenever your needs change, and cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in.
Can I manage more than one brand or team member?
Yes. Every plan supports multiple brands and team seats — from 3 brands and 2 seats on Launch up to 20 brands and unlimited seats on Perform.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. You can choose to pay in AED or USD.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your campaigns, connected accounts and customer data are encrypted and never sold. You stay in control and can disconnect any platform at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
